Built a multi-tenant, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based AI chatbot SaaS platform; businesses upload documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX) or crawl their website, then embed an intelligent chatbot on their site with a single line of JavaScript.

Backend/Architecture: Designed the end-to-end infrastructure with a Go-based API Gateway (auth, rate limiting, multi-tenant isolation), a Python/FastAPI RAG service, and PostgreSQL + pgvector (HNSW indexing) for vector-based search.

RAG Pipeline: Built an advanced retrieval architecture combining hybrid search (vector + lexical/BM25), RRF fusion, cross-encoder reranking, HyDE early-exit optimization, and answerability checks — reducing hallucinations and producing confidence scores.

Frontend: Developed a multi-tenant dashboard with React 19 + TypeScript + Vite, covering site management, knowledge base management, chat analytics, and live chat modules.

Real-Time Communication: Implemented Server-Sent Events (SSE) for streaming chat responses and WebSocket-based real-time messaging between agents and visitors.

Omnichannel Integration: Delivered unified multi-channel customer support through Slack, WhatsApp, and Instagram (Meta Business Platform) integrations.

Analytics Layer: Designed LLM-powered analytics features including sentiment analysis, topic clustering, knowledge gap detection, and customer persona extraction (Customer Brain).

Product/Business Model: Architected a usage-based pricing model (free tier + tiered plans) with Stripe billing integration and a self-hosted (Docker Compose) deployment option to eliminate vendor lock-in.

Frontend development for fintech and trading-focused brokerage platforms

Development of equity, mutual fund, ETF (BYF), warrant, and VIOP trading modules

Managing complex financial transaction flows using React and TypeScript

Building high-accuracy trading and transaction forms with React Hook Form
